Malaysian Drive to Benefit Ti-Ratana Welfare Society
Carousell, one of the world’s largest and fastest growing classifieds marketplaces, will be organising a preloved item donation drive for selected charities across its seven markets, with Ti-Ratana Welfare Society chosen for Malaysia.

Grab Malaysia and the National Kidney Foundation (NKF) of Malaysia recently announced a fundraising partnership to purchase a dialysis machine for the underprivileged kidney failure patients. The collaboration between Malaysia’s first non-governmental organisation to offer haemodialysis treatment and Southeast Asia’s leading on-demand transportation and mobile payment platform will enable Grab users to convert their GrabRewards points into donation towards NKF.
From now until 31 December 2018, Grab users in Malaysia can visit their GrabRewards catalogue and convert their points into donations with the Grab app. Every 700 GrabRewards points can be converted into a RM5 donation towards NKF by Grab users.

~STP Wildlife Heroes unveil enrichment plan for further wildlife preservation~
Remember our first-ever junior wildlife programme in Asia saw the nine Wildlife Heroes of Sunway Theme Parks (STP) aged between 10 to 14 years old congregating once again at Sunway Lost World Of Tambun (LWOT) and Sunway Lagoon for their third council meeting to conclude the year-long Wildlife Heroes programme as they presented the long-planned enrichment programme to the parks’ management. The council meeting saw many impressive ideas when the Wildlife Heroes each presented an enrichment plan for a chosen animal from Sunway Lagoon’s Wildlife Park and Lost World Petting Zoo to the STP management. To further enhance the programme, the Heroes were taught survival skills such as cooking using minimal and natural resources.
