Hotel Sentral Riverview Melaka, an Affordable Place to Stay at Melaka

Most of the times, my friends will ask me to recommend them place to stay since I always travel around Malaysia with my kids. I love the beauty of every state in Malaysia and different variety of food specialty. I hope my kids will explore with me at an affordable budget so that we can visit more places at Malaysia. For this school holiday, I had chosen to stay at Hotel Sentral Riverview Melaka and this is my review after our 3 days 2 nights stay.
Hotel Sentral Riverview Melaka is a 3-star hotel located in the heart of Melaka City. With their recently upgraded facilities and ample guest room accommodations, there is truly something for everyone. There are amazing selection of rooms that will fit our needs and meet our expectations. Choose from their selection of single to family sized rooms.

The lobby was spacious and elegant. There are small water pond and a huge Christmas tree. It was nicely decorated with the Christmas feel. The service from the front desk was good and check-in was pretty much a breeze. Wi-Fi was available at public area and there is free parking for all the visitors which located just behind the hotel. Some antiques of Baba & Nyonya chairs, tables and vase could be found at the lobby area. 
All rooms were equipped with Air-Conditioning, Colour TV with Astro, Coffee & Tea Facilities, Bottled Drinks, Electric outlets, Telephone, Personal Safe, Personal Hygiene Care, Hair Dryer, Mini Refrigerator and the most important is Free Wifi. For Deluxe room and above, there is free daily newspaper for every room. Ironing Board and Hot & Cold Coway Water Filter were at common area and provided at every floor.
Deluxe rooms and above, comes with a sofa chair or sofa bed and a working desk. For executive suite, it had an extra of minibar, bedroom slippers, yukata and high-speed broadband internet access to make it a perfect suite for leisure and business traveler. For family, there is a connecting room to Executive Suite with a Deluxe room for some privacy.
Hotel Sentral Riverview Melaka is one of an affordable place to stay for backpackers, single, business and family for a holiday. Room per night from RM75.52 or RM91.42 for buffet breakfast for 2 person at The Cafe. The Cafe which located at the lobby of the hotel offered a truly unforgetable international and local fusion dining experience. 
The food served at the buffet breakfast was delicious with variety of food for us to choose from. I prefer fried kuew tiau and fried rice with some scrambled eggs, wedges, sausages and beans. My kids had the hard-boiled eggs, Koko Crunch and Honey Star with milk. The porridge and fresh salad were nice too for those who opt for a light meal. Coffee and Tea was served together with fresh orange juice and ice lemon tea. For fruits, they had watermelon, papaya and honeydew and for desserts, there are 2 different taste of jellies. Majority of the menu for the breakfast will change daily and we are always look forward to our next breakfast served.

Hotel Sentral Riverview Melaka is a best place to stay since it is near to few attractions at Melaka. It is just an hour away from the Melaka International Airport and few minutes from the town centre. Few of the attractions nearby include Jonker Street, Christ Church, The Stadthuys, A' Famosa Fort, Malacca River Cruise, Melaka Sultanate Palace, Baba Nyonya Heritage Museum and lots more.
Hotel Sentral Riverview is an affordable place to stay at the heart of the City of Malacca and it is convenient for all of us to move around and to visit the attractions nearby. The buffet breakfast was delicious and cater for adult, children and senior citizen. We had a memorable experience staying here and will definitely book our stay again at this hotel for our next trip to Malacca.

The Kid From The Big Apple Held its Official Original Soundtrack Launch

Three Pictures Sdn. Bhd., a Malaysian award-winning production company renowned for the 2016 hit film, The Kid From The Big Apple, held its official original soundtrack launch recently at Setiawalk, Puchong. This makes them the first in the nation to execute such a concept of having an album launch specifically for a film.  The newly released album consist of a compilation of the theme songs, background scores and other audio tracks in Mandarin and English.
