Antabax Joins MYDIN Charity Fund Raising Initiative To Help The Underprivileged


RM0.10 from all Antabax products sales from MYDIN outlets nationwide to be channelled to selected organisations

Antabax, Malaysia’s number 1 Halal antibacterial personal care range, will join Malaysia’s leading retailer, MYDIN, in supporting the retailer’s corporate social responsibility initiative, ‘MYDIN Prihatin, Zahirkan Kesyukuran, Semarakkan Keriangan’ (MYDIN Cares and Shares Blessings to Spark Joy).
The fund raising initiative will run from May 1, 2019 to June 30, 2019, and will see  RM0.10 from the sales of all Antabax products from all MYDIN outlets nationwide channeled towards providing the basic necessities to asnaf (groups deserving of receiving Muslim tithes) and orphanage organization, which are registered with the Department of Social Welfare. 

According to Mr. Francis Ng, Senior General Manager of Lam Soon Edible Oils Sdn Bhd, Antabax is glad to contribute to the less fortunate via this MYDIN initiative as the selected organizations are in need and are deserving of assistance. He invited the public to assist as their purchases will add to the fund.

“As a proudly Malaysian brand, Antabax understands the challenges of local communities and feels for them, especially orphans. During Ramadan and Raya, those of us who can will continue to buy and use our products, and let us spare a thought for those who are in need, and make a thoughtful purchase that can help them with their needs,” said Mr. Ng.

Bhd., a Malaysian award-winning production company renowned for the 2016 hit film, The Kid From The Big Apple, held its official original soundtrack launch recently at Setiawalk, Puchong. This makes them the first in the nation to execute such a concept of having an album launch specifically for a film.  The newly released album consist of a compilation of the theme songs, background scores and other audio tracks in Mandarin and English.
