Boomerang Programming Highlights - March 2020

Catch what Mr. Bean and his lifelong friend, Teddy are up to during the brand new episodes of Mr. Bean: The Animated Series on Boomerang (Unifi Channel 555) every weekend @ 1pm from 1st March onwards.

This March, Barbie is taking over Boomerang with the Barbie Takeover every weekend of March from 1 March, 5.30pm to 9.30pm. During the takeover, Barbie and her fun-loving sisters will take families on their wild adventures in the animated heart-warming series.

To celebrate women all around the world, Boomerang is hosting its International Women’s Day! Special. Tune in for marathons of the super Roberts sisters, and follow their daily adventures in Barbie Dreamhouse Adventures. The special also includes one of our favorite Barbie movies – Barbie Dolphin Magic. Feel empowered with these girls on 7 March, Saturday, from 5.30pm to 9.30pm.

Lastly, Boomerang wants you to buckle up and get ready for the ride of your life as Wacky Races is continuing with brand new episodes. An adrenaline rush is guaranteed if you tune-in every weekend @ 11.30am.

The quintessential funny man, Mr. Bean, sets off on seemingly daily tasks with his trusted and lifelong friend Teddy (a stuffed bear). Unfortunately for Mr. Bean his adventures seem to always end up in some sort of turmoil. Fortunately for us, they are also always hilarious to watch! In these brand new episodes, Mr. Bean becomes Mrs. Wicket's house-mate when he suffers a flea infestation. But will this unlikely duo be able to get along and live harmoniously?

Mr. Bean also enters his cat Scrapper into a beauty contest so that he can win first prize which is a trip to Paris. Mr. Bean is determined to win at all costs so that he can take his sweetheart, Irma on a romantic trip. Enjoy all the fun and antics of Mr. Bean this March on Boomerang.

From their Dreamhouse in Malibu to escapades around the globe, they navigate life’s ups and downs with plenty of laughs, musical numbers, and just enough sparkle and fantasy that will have everyone believe that anything is possible. Barbie and her little sister Chelsea also travel to the magical world of Dreamtopia! They meet colourful mermaids and flying unicorns, ride rainbow rollercoasters and visit castles made of candy. So settle in and enjoy all the magic and sparkles of Barbie this March.

Penelope Pitstop is from the south who, with her charm and intelligence, is a great racer with a huge heart and often stops to help her fellow competitors. Her best friend, Peter Perfect, drives in the Turbo Terrific with his huge ego and super positive attitude. Not far behind them is Dick Dastardly and his henchman Muttley who are determined to win the race, no matter the cost. The Kid From The Big Apple Held its Official Original Soundtrack Launch

Three Pictures Sdn. Bhd., a Malaysian award-winning production company renowned for the 2016 hit film, The Kid From The Big Apple, held its official original soundtrack launch recently at Setiawalk, Puchong. This makes them the first in the nation to execute such a concept of having an album launch specifically for a film.  The newly released album consist of a compilation of the theme songs, background scores and other audio tracks in Mandarin and English. These songs are from both the first film as well as the upcoming sequel, which is set to hit cinemas nationwide on November 16, 2017, followed by other countries such as Singapore, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.  Titled “Togetherness,” the album gives fans a unique chance of hearing a preview of the songs in the upcoming sequel as well as reliving some of the hit songs from the first film.
