The Most Affordable and Diverse Ramadan Buffet in Town at Bangi Golf Resort

Chinese New Year was over and Hari Raya is coming soon. That is the advantage staying in Malaysia because we celebrate all ethnics' new year and special dates. Before we able to celebrate Raya, all Muslims will fast for a month on the holy month of Ramadan. They are abstaining from food and drink from before the first light of dawn until the setting of the sun. After the fasting session, most of the times, they will indulge with delicious food as a reward for complete the fasting for the day. Not only Muslim will enjoy the feasting, other ethnics will enjoy it too to try out all the traditional food. I am fortunate to be invited to review the buffet Ramadan and let me recommend all of you to the hotel that offered variety of delicious food with an affordable price.

For this coming Ramadan, Bangi Golf Resort (BGR) is proud to announce its upcoming Ramadan Buffet, offering a more diverse range of delicious dishes and drinks with quality ingredients at probably the most affordable price in town. With the price that they offered, I'm sure most of us will able to enjoy the feast.
Kambing Golek
The buffet will feature BGR classic favourites such as the freshly roasted Kambing Golek (lamb slow-roasted on the spit), the fragrant and spices filled Sup Kambing Mamak (Indian style Mutton Stew), grilled house-made Chicken Satay, Smoked Spaghetti Carbonara, and every year's my favourite: Sous Vide Egg with Mushroom Espuma. If you yet to try it out, I will recommend you to give it a try and it is so delicious and I guarantee that you'll never regret trying it.

Do look forward to their savouring BGR's signature Nasi Kerabu, the traditional blue rice dish made from the petals of bunga telang (butterfly pea flower), served with assorted ulam (raw vegetables and herbs); harvested from their very own farm within the premise of BGR.

This year's new entries: Indian Chicken Varuval, Paru Salai Masak Lemak Cili Api, House-made Swedish Meatball, Marmite Fried Chicken, Soy Sauce Chicken with Ginger Scallion Sauce, Ikan Masak Asam Pedas, Makanan Laut Masak Berlado, Thai Beef Noodles and many more.

Not to forget western cakes such as Lamington Cake, Blueberry Cheese Cake, Opera Cake and Hazelnut Chocolate Cake.

For those who have kids, they can look forward to Soft Serve Ice-Cream, Caramel Popcorns and this year's new addition: Candy Floss and 'Decorate your own Spanish Churros' with House- made Marshmallow Sauce, Thick Chocolate Sauce and Rainbow Sprinkles. We can be kids too. Ha ha ha!!!

Certified HALAL by JAKIM since 2009, BGR is one of very few golf resorts in Malaysia to receive this accreditation and they add to that; having received the HACCP certification for their kitchen since 2021. One simply doesn't question their continued commitment to Halalan Toyyiban, hygiene and food safety standards.

For diners, we can break fast at ease as BGR offers up to 800 complimentary parking lots as well as generous sized Male and Female prayer rooms (Surau) available for guest use.

BGR Ramadan Buffet will operate from 23rd March 2023 till 20th April 2023 and is priced at RM65.00 per adult and RM32.50 per child. Discounted pricing for groups and off-peak periods can be purchased accordingly through their website https://bgrrest.com/ramadhan-buffet-2023/. All prices indicated above are subjected to 6% SST.

Look out for the performance while we could relax to enjoy our delicious food
