For all the hotel guests, we could enjoy unlimited entrance to WaterWorld i-City for 2 adults per room. Featuring a large variety of water rides which include the Giant Jacuzzi, Spiral and Rainbow slides, Aladdin Adventure Pool and their signature Tornado Ride. WaterWorld offers hours of aquatic fun for all of us. Just download your i-City Mobile App and show it to the hotel reception and they will key in the tickets to your App for you to redeem the entrance tickets to the WaterWorld.

Their View Cafe which located at the 5th Floor of the hotel offers all-day dining restaurant, 24-hour room service and a cafe with beautiful outdoor seating. The cafe has a selection of delectable Asian and International flavours. For our lunch, we opt to try out "Go Beyond Signature" menu. Our favourite is their Satay Burger which sandwiched between a donut bun, filled with cheese, peanut sauce, cucumber and onions. The "Sambal Roulade" is an exotic mixture of seabass, chicken toast, spicy minced tuna served with pegaga salad. We had Cincalok Beef tenderloin and garlic sauce served with cincalok sauce and steam rice. My daughter love their Crispy "Salmon Noodle" with Vermicelli served in special salmon broth with salmon head, bean sprouts and sambal belacan.

As for drinks, we tried out the View Cafe's new drinks i.e. "Suck It-Up" which consist of Pineapple Cooler, Masam Manis Fizz, BW Refresher, Lime Ginger Nojito, Sushy Mania and Go Green. All these drinks are refreshing and cooling our heat away especially after our water park play.

Best Western i-City also offers FREE shuttle to and back from i-City Central Mall if you're lazy to walk. After our water play, we are indeed tired and requested for the free shuttle at the receptionist instead to go for our Christmas shopping. The mall is beautifully decorated and my kids joined the activities there too.

After 3-4 hours walk at the Mall, we back to hotel and it is almost 8 p.m. Since my kids are hungry and too tired to walk for their dinner, I opt to order our food from our hotel room. The new ordering system through QR Code is indeed convenient. Just scan the QR at our table in our room, then select our preferred dish and beverage and order away. The meals will delivered straight to our room. For am introductory promo, we got to enjoy exclusive discounts of 20% for room service and 10% discount for dine-in at the View Cafe.

We start our day with our breakfast selection themed "Morning Glory", featuring both Asian and Western dishes such as Congee, Nasi Lemak, Fried Meehoon, The American, Cereal and many more. As for drinks, we were served with fresh juice, milk, tea and coffee. 

For lunch on Sunday, we tried out their Sunday Hi-Tea. The Hi-Tea starts from 12.30 p.m. to 4 p.m. at RM45 per adult and kids at 50% discount. There is a kid's session where our kids could watch their favourite cartoon while parents could enjoy our food. The clown will entertain them when they feel bored with sculpture balloons.
