Our children learning to walk receives important sensory information from the soles of their feet touching the ground. I'm sure all parents will agreed with me that a footwear helps to protect our children's feet from injury and from the heat and cold. The shoes which are too tight nor too loose could hamper our children's walking and cause problems, such as ingrown toenails and flat feet. I'm here at Sunfeet International Rehabilation Centre to attend a Back to School with Healthy Feet & Spine Talk by Dato' Dr Edmund Lee with my children to understand how as a father of 5 children could ensure that my children had the right school shoes and right bag to have a healthy feet & spine.
