    Chief Minister of Melaka Launches NCT Alliance’s  Vax & Win Campaign Fully vaccinated Malaysians can take part to be in the running to win attractive monthly prizes and properties worth up to RM1 million through NCT Alliance Berhad’s (NCT Alliance) new vaccine incentive campaign, Vax & Win.
