Shopee’s Biggest Creator Event Rallies 2,000 Affiliates to Uncover the Best 7.7 Deals

Shopee just hosted its biggest affiliate event ever — and it was nothing short of epic.

On 21 June, over 2,000 Shopee Affiliates and more than 80 brands came together at Shopee House, the brand’s flagship on-ground event designed to energise creators ahead of the 7.7 Mid Year Sale. The goal? To help Malaysians shop Lagi Murah (cheaper) and Lagi Cepat (faster) with trusted, localised content that makes online shopping feel more real than ever.

Big Brands, Bigger Energy

Top sponsors like Kiehl’s, La Roche-Posay, Kérastase, and Maybelline took centre stage, while local favourites like Naelofar, ZUS Coffee, The Pastels Shop, and Al ’Ard kept the crowd buzzing. With live demos, hands-on product booths, and instant content opportunities everywhere, creators were able to produce rich, relatable content — from beauty tutorials and tech unboxings to Q&A sessions that put products to the test in real-time.

More Than Double the Turnout

This June edition of Shopee House saw twice the number of attendees compared to February’s. But it wasn’t just about numbers — the event focused on building a creator community. There were masterclasses, panel talks, and even livestream matchmaking where affiliates teamed up with sellers to co-host live sessions and boost their pre-7.7 visibility.

During Shopee House, affiliates also participated in livestream matchmaking, co-hosting real-time sessions with sellers to drive exposure ahead of 7.7.

Real Creators, Real Talk

The panel “Content with Purpose” featured big-name creators like Brozaki, JoyahSiKepoh, and FHStore, who shared insights on why being genuine matters more than going viral.

“People follow you for who you are, and they buy when they trust you,” said Brozaki.
“Shopee Live lets me show real product experiences — that’s what people connect with.”

JoyahSiKepoh added that content doesn’t need to be perfect, just honest. With tools like product tagging, vouchers, and Shopee’s Lagi Murah label, she helps her followers shop smarter — and earns while doing it.

Mastering the Tools

Top livestreamer Mekallynashop dropped gems in the Shopee Live Masterclass. Her tip? You don’t need a big team — just the right tools and rhythm. From pinned comments to real-time vouchers, it’s all about making checkout seamless.

Over in the YouTube Masterclass, TheKampungNerd (Muhammad Najmi) showed how long-form content can grow from simple FAQ sessions, product comparisons, or unboxing videos.

“Even with basic production, what matters is that you add value,” he said. “Trust comes from clarity and connection.”

Shopee Malaysia’s Head of Marketing, Tan Ming Kit, shared that Shopee House represents a new chapter in content-driven shopping. With tools like the Affiliate Marketing Solution, Content Creator Club, Livestream Ads Incentives, and a new YouTube integration that turns videos and Shorts into shoppable experiences, creators now have more ways to earn — and help their audiences find the best deals.
